This video originates from a simple yet familiar moment: a cold, windy morning, with no real desire to step outside and run. Rather than focusing on performance or achievement, it centers on the tension that precedes movement, the hesitation, the internal resistance, and the quiet decision to go anyway.
Built around a restrained and intimate approach, the film isolates fragments of effort, breath, and rhythm to explore this mental shift. It is less about the act of running itself than about what it takes to begin, that subtle threshold where intention turns into action.
